Frequently Asked Questions
What is occupied home staging?
Occupied home staging is a service we provide to homeowners who are still living in their homes while selling. We use your existing furniture and décor, rearranging and enhancing it to showcase your home’s best features. If needed, we can also add a few additional pieces to create an inviting and attractive space.
Will I need to remove any of my furniture or personal items?
Depending on the layout and design of your home, we might suggest removing or storing a few items to create a more open and appealing environment. Our goal is to make the space look its best while still feeling like a home, so we’ll work closely with you to determine what stays and what goes.
How long does the staging process take?
The length of the staging process can vary depending on the size and condition of your home. Typically, we can complete the staging in a day or two. We’ll walk through your home, discuss the plan, and get to work right away, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily life.
Can I still use my home normally after it’s been staged?
Absolutely! We design the staging to be both beautiful and functional, so you can continue living in your home comfortably. We do ask that you try to maintain the staging setup as much as possible, especially during showings, to ensure your home looks its best for potential buyers.
